Welcome to Center & Main
Distinctive new homes coming to the center of West Concord
Thoughtfully Designed for Modern Living
A fresh approach to new construction in Concord, Massachusetts, this community brings together clean design, modern comfort, and energy-efficient living with the ease and convenience of an in-town setting.
Each home is designed with an emphasis on quality, functionality, and ease of living. Well-appointed interiors feature considered finishes, comfortable gathering spaces, flexible floor plans, and the details today’s homeowners value most. Energy-efficient construction and modern systems add another layer of everyday comfort while helping to create homes that are practical, efficient, and easy to live in.
Perhaps most appealing is the direct connection to West Concord Village. Sidewalks lead into town, putting coffee and bakeries, local shops, casual and more elevated dining, the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, Rideout Playground, the library, and commuter rail all within easy reach.

A Village Made for Everyday Living.
Coffee in the morning. A walk on the rail trail. Dinner in the village. A train into Cambridge-Boston.
You’re in the heart of the action.
West Concord has a distinct sense of place—welcoming, walkable, and filled with the kinds of local destinations that make a neighborhood feel like home. Sidewalks connect you to the heart of the village, where independent shops, coffee spots, bakeries, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are all within easy reach.
Pick up fresh seafood for dinner, grab coffee and a pastry on the way to the train, meet friends for a casual lunch, or settle in for a more elevated evening out. The village offers an appealing mix of local favorites while still retaining the relaxed, close-knit character that makes West Concord so special.
Outdoor recreation is equally accessible. The Bruce Freeman Rail Trail provides miles of scenic walking and biking, while Rideout Playground offers playing fields, recreation, and open space just moments from the village. The West Concord Library is nearby, and the commuter rail provides a direct connection to Boston and Cambridge.
Here, walkability is more than a convenience—it becomes part of daily life. Morning coffee, an afternoon on the trail, dinner in the village, or a quick train into the city can all begin right outside your door.
